Genetic LifeSpan Marketplace
Content Community Guidelines
These Content Community Guidelines (these “Community Guidelines”) set forth the standards of conduct governing access to and use of Genetic LifeSpan Marketplace (the “Marketplace”) and the Genetic LifeSpan Marketplace mobile application (the “Marketplace App”). These Community Guidelines apply to all individuals and entities (including suppliers) that access or use the Marketplace and Marketplace App (collectively, the “Users”) and govern all Content submitted to, posted on, transmitted through, or otherwise made available on the Marketplace or Marketplace App. These Community Guidelines supplement the Mobile Application Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Terms”) and the Authorized Supplier Terms and Conditions (“Authorized Supplier Terms”), if applicable, which are incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms used in these Community Guidelines but not otherwise defined shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Mobile Terms or the Authorized Supplier Terms. These Community Guidelines may be amended by time to time by GLS in its sole and absolute discretion and such Community Guidelines (as amended) shall be binding upon all Users.
1. Acceptance of Community Guidelines.
By accessing or using the Marketplace and/or Marketplace App, each User acknowledges that such access or use constitutes the User’s agreement to comply with and be bound by these Community Guidelines, as amended from time to time. A User’s failure to comply with these Community Guidelines may result in GLS taking action in accordance with Section 5 of these Community Guidelines.

5. Enforcement.
The GLS reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to monitor, review, investigate, and take action against any Content or activity on the Marketplace or Marketplace App that GLS believes may violate these Community Guidelines, the Mobile Terms, the Authorized Supplier Terms (if applicable), applicable law, or the rights of any third party. If GLS determines, in its sole discretion, that a User has submitted, uploaded, posted, transmitted, displayed, distributed, or otherwise made available Prohibited Content or otherwise violated these Community Guidelines, the Mobile Terms, the Authorized Supplier Terms (if applicable), applicable law, or the rights of any third party, GLS may take any action it deems appropriate, including, without limitation:
- removing, restricting access to, modifying, or disabling availability of the applicable Content;
- issuing warnings or notices to the applicable User;
- restricting, suspending, or limiting a User’s ability to access or ability to post Content on the Marketplace and/or Marketplace App;
- suspending or terminating a User’s account on the Marketplace and/or Marketplace App; and

For the avoidance of doubt, GLS is not required to provide prior notice before taking any enforcement action and may take immediate action when GLS determines such conduct or Content violates these Community Guidelines, the Mobile Terms, the Authorized Supplier Terms (if applicable), applicable law, or the rights of any third party. GLS does not guarantee that it will take action against all Content or conduct that violates these Community Guidelines. GLS’s failure to enforce these Community Guidelines shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce these Community Guidelines in any other instance.
